Team Lead Parent Volunteers:
COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Ellen Comeaux and Fran Rissland
Must live in Pinewalk Subdivision, communicate with Homeowner’s Association, communicate with ASA, attend ASA league meetings, hire the coaching staff.
TREASURER: Ellen Comeaux and Fran Rissland
Prepare yearly budget including the coaching staff, pay starter at each meet, purchasing all equipment and meet supplies, prepare checks as needed.
SECRETARY/COMMUNICATIONS: Ellen Comeaux and Fran Rissland
Take minutes at meetings, send team communications, attend league meeting(s), communicate with Web Master for website updates.
TEAM PARENT: Allison Liu
Regularly attends practices (perfect job for a stay-at-home parent), liaison between Council Representative and Coaches, plan end-of-year gifts and collect donations, support coaching staff.
COACHES COORDINATOR: Claire Craddock
Determine Coaches’ schedule, oversee hours, track attendance, help with substitutions for coaches.
WEBMASTER: Amy Frank
Update and improve Team’s WordPress Website
SWIMSUIT COORDINATOR: Kelly Gordon
Order “Fit Kit” in time for registration, annually update order form with current pricing, communicate updates to Web Master, order and distribute suits.
MEET SUPERVISOR:
Train and oversee all meet volunteers, works closely with Volunteer Coordinator and Meet Manager from coaching staff.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR:
Helps recruit volunteers via online Sign-Up Genius, “Checks-in” volunteers to verify present at swim meets.
CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR:
Ordering product, coordinating food donations, prepare and maintain cash box for the season, set-up items for sale, oversee concession volunteers.
RECORDS COORDINATOR: Fiona Craddock
Maintains team records, either coordinate with Web Master or updates website directly when swimmer breaks a team record, provides additional timer at lane if a swimmer is close to breaking the record for additional accuracy. Updates Pool Bulletin Board.
TEAM PHOTOGRAPHER:
Schedules annual Team Photo and helps set-up on that day take pictures throughout the season, solicit pictures from other members, prepares end-of-season “slide show” presentation.
BANQUET COORDINATOR: Allison Liu and Kelly Gordon
Plans and coordinates meal and decorations at end of season banquet, updates banquet registration form and collects money, works with Treasurer.
TROPHY COORDINATOR: Fran Rissland
Obtains final team roster, orders team trophies including specialty awards and coordinates delivery of trophies in time for the banquet.
TEAM ADMINISTRATOR:
Collects registration and waiver forms at the pool the first few weeks of practice.
